Osceola’s Harvest Bazaar will be Saturday, Sept. 10, 2022, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. There will be over 50 vendors at Millpond Park for visitors to shop and browse.
“The event was originally a craft fair, but has changed throughout the years,” said Osceola Chamber and Main Street Board President, Ruth Sattler. “In 2018 we changed the name to Harvest Bazaar. We thought it was a good way to celebrate local artisans and bring the community together through different types of activities. Our vendors feature a variety of different things like carvings, jewelry and art. And we also have farmers market type vendors that will be there offering jars of homemade sauces, gravies and maple syrup. It’s really cool stuff,” said Sattler.
There will also be a beer garden, an apple ramble and henna tattoos. Cedar Bend Church will have a display out front for visitors and families to take their own pictures. And Osceola Medical Center will be at the park doing

a bubble-art, teaching demonstration about germs and Samantha Grimes will be performing live music from 12 to 3 p.m. “We’ll also have music when we’re not doing live music,” said Sattler, “Bob from Redbird Music, will be at Millpond Park streaming music.”

“People can spend all day in Osceola if they want,” said Sattler. “People can start with breakfast at Wheels and Wings, then come down to Millpond Park for the Bazaar and then go to the fair for the evening,” she said.
